Renewal and billing period
How your subscription renews, how to change the billing period or plan, and how to add users.
Your subscription is billed either every month or every 12 months. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the next period is charged to the same payment method, until you cancel it.
Renewal
You don't need to do anything to carry on: the new period starts where the last one ends, so nothing is lost in between. Your profile shows, under Access, the date the subscription next renews.
Invoices, the payment card and the subscription's details are on the billing page: open Profile and follow Manage billing and subscription. You can cancel any time from the same page, and your access continues to the end of the paid period. See Cancelling your subscription.
Changing the billing period or plan
A 12-month subscription costs 40% less than paying month by month. You change the billing period yourself on the billing page:
- From monthly to 12-month billing: the change takes effect at once. The 12-month price (−40%) is charged now, and the unused part of the current month is credited on the same invoice.
- From 12-month to monthly billing: the change takes effect at the end of the paid year, and the subscription is billed monthly after that. You can cancel the switch on the billing page with Cancel the switch before it takes effect.
On a company subscription you change the plan in the billing portal, within the same billing period. See Cancel your trial and manage your subscription. An individual subscription can't be changed to a company plan on your own: write to support@cyberact.io instead. You can always cancel, and your access continues to the end of the period.
Switching the billing period is not a new purchase, so no free trial comes with it.
Adding users
Every paid business plan has unlimited users, and the price doesn't depend on how many there are. No per-seat or per-learner fees. You can invite new people on the Users and access page at any time, with nothing to buy.
A disabled person's progress is kept, and you can enable them again later.
