How to order Cyberact

The plans, the billing periods and the prices, and what happens once you have paid.

You order Cyberact from the cart at cart.cyberact.io. You choose a plan and a billing period, and pay for the first period at the checkout. It is a subscription: it renews automatically every month or every 12 months until you cancel it. You can cancel any time from the billing page, and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Every plan and price is also on the pricing page.

Unlimited users

The price is flat per organisation. No per-seat or per-learner fees. Unlimited users. On every paid business plan you can invite as many people as you like, and there is no minimum.

The plans

Platform is the training itself, for all your staff. One main admin invites everyone. It has every path and lesson with no daily limit, two-minute lessons, the daily quiz with review, relaxed narration, faster playback, the memory bank and leaderboards. You can look around a demo of the manager console with example data, but a manager console and reporting on your own users are not part of Platform.

Platform + manager console + audit has everything in Platform, plus the manager console. There you see skills by department and compliance by regulation, download audit evidence (CSV) for your auditor, and print a management summary. You can also send a reminder to people who haven't started yet.

Enterprise has all of that, and your own documents (policies, guidelines) become your own learning material and learning paths. Assigning paths by department, with due dates, and SSO are set up on order. You also get priority support, the newest features first and a priority say in new features.

Individual is the whole Platform library for one person. The manager console is not part of it.

The Free plan is limited: the daily quiz, one lesson a day, a leaderboard against practice rivals and a demo of the manager console with example data. It has no manager console on your own users, no leaderboards with your colleagues and no user management. Relaxed mode is in every plan, the free one included. The management path, On the Hook, is part of the paid plans only. Streak freezes are not part of the free plan either.

Prices

You pay for one month or for 12 months. Business prices exclude VAT, which the checkout adds. Individual prices include VAT at the rate of the buyer's country.

A 12-month subscription costs 40% less than paying month by month. A new customer's 12-month subscription starts with a 14-day free trial: a card is required, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. There is one trial per buyer.

A monthly subscription is billed at the list price. It has no trial.

Both renew automatically until you cancel. You can change the billing period yourself on the billing page. See Renewal and billing period and Cancelling your subscription.

Ordering, step by step

1. Open the cart at cart.cyberact.io.
2. Choose Company or Individual. As a company you choose a plan; as an individual you order Platform for yourself.
3. Choose the billing period. The cart shows the period's price and the total.
4. Press Continue. You go to Stripe's secure checkout, where you pay. Cyberact never handles your card details.
5. If you have a coupon code, enter it at the checkout.
6. The checkout shows the final amount, VAT included, before you pay.

At the checkout, give the email address you want to sign in to Cyberact with as the main admin. Your invitation goes to that address.

After you have paid

The checkout sends you back to Cyberact's thank-you page. Then:

• You get an invitation by email. With Platform + manager console + audit it takes you to the manager console; with Platform, to Cyberact. It goes to the address you gave at the checkout, and it comes from support@cyberact.io.
• Your order confirmation arrives in a separate email.
• The invitation gets you started. You sign in with a code sent to your email; there is no password. See First steps after buying.

If the invitation doesn't show up, look in your spam folder first. If it isn't there either, write to support@cyberact.io with your organisation's name and the address you gave at the checkout.
