The 14-day free trial

A new customer's 12-month subscription starts with 14 days free. A card is required, but nothing is charged until the trial ends.

How the trial works

• A card is required. You give a card at the checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends.
• The first charge is made when the trial ends. It is the 12-month price, 40% off the list price.
• There is one trial per buyer. If you have had a Cyberact subscription or purchase before, there is no trial and you pay at once.
• A monthly subscription has no trial.

If you cancel during the trial

Cancel on the billing page before the trial ends: open Profile and, under Access, follow Manage billing and subscription. Nothing is charged, and your access ends when the trial ends. Step by step: Cancel your trial and manage your subscription.

After the trial

The subscription carries on as a 12-month subscription and renews automatically until you cancel it. If you cancel later, your access continues to the end of the paid period and nothing more is charged. A started billing period is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
