Buying and your subscription
For individuals
Access of your own without an organisation, the free plan, when access ends and the free trial for individuals, and what happens when your employer invites you.
You can use Cyberact on your own, without an organisation. You then have a personal account, with no other users in it.
The Individual plan
Individual is the whole Platform library for one person. It includes:
- all 6 paths and every lesson, with no daily limit
- the daily quiz with spaced review
- relaxed narration and faster playback
- your own competency profile
- Finnish and English.
The manager console and audit exports are not part of the Individual plan, and no one else can be added to a personal account.
| Billing period | Price (incl. VAT) |
|---|---|
| 12 months | €72 (€6 a month) |
| 1 month | €10 |
14 days free on a 12-month subscription – card required, no charge until the trial ends. A monthly subscription has no trial. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
The free plan
The Free plan is limited: the daily quiz, one lesson a day and a leaderboard against practice rivals, made-up players rather than real people. Relaxed narration is part of it too; faster playback isn't. You can look around the manager console with example data. The management path, On the Hook, comes with the Individual plan, not with the free plan. Streak freezes are not part of the free plan either.
Boss battles are part of the free plan too. A boss unlocks once you have done every lesson in its module.
Getting started
The free plan: sign up yourself at app.cyberact.io/_gate/signup. Enter your email address, and you get a confirmation code; the account is ready at once. No card is needed.
The Individual plan: open the cart at cart.cyberact.io, choose Individual and the billing period, and press Continue.
You sign in like everyone else: enter your email address at app.cyberact.io, press Send code and type in the code that arrives by email. There is no password. See also Getting started as a learner.
Renewal and cancelling
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel any time from the billing page: open Profile and follow Manage billing and subscription. Your access continues to the end of the paid period, and after that you are on the free plan. Your progress is kept.
A personal account is deleted if nobody has signed in to it for 24 months; you get a warning email 30 days before. An account is never deleted while it has a subscription running. If you want your data deleted sooner, write to support@cyberact.io from the address you sign in to Cyberact with.
The free trial
As a new customer, you start a 12-month subscription with a 14-day free trial. A card is required, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial on the billing page, nothing is charged and your access ends when the trial ends. There is one trial per buyer: if you have had a Cyberact subscription or purchase before, you pay at once.
A started billing period is not refunded, except where the law requires it. See The 14-day free trial for the details.
When your employer starts using Cyberact
If your employer buys Cyberact, you don't need access of your own: business plans have unlimited users, so your employer can invite you too.
When your employer invites you, the invitation page tells you that you already have a Cyberact account and that your learning history moves with you. Nothing moves until you accept the invitation and sign in with the code. Your completions, answers, memory bank, XP, streak and achievements then move to your employer's organisation, and your training doesn't start from the beginning. Your personal account is disabled after that.
Once you've moved, your employer's managers see your progress as they see everyone else's. If you have an active personal subscription, it is cancelled as soon as you accept the invitation, and nothing more is charged for it: your employer now pays for your access. The invitation page tells you so before you accept, and you get a confirmation by email. The unused part of the subscription is not refunded automatically.
